  1. Shipping Charges
  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value or delivery address.
  1. Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. In rare cases and peak periods, processing time may extend to 3-4 business days.
  1. Estimated Delivery Time
  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 1 Cities: 4-6 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
  1. Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
  1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across India at no additional charge. All deliveries are free.
  1. Delivery Partner
  • We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and safely.
  1. Address Change Requests
  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team at info@akoya.in within 24 hours of placing the order. Address change requests after this period may not be accommodated.
  1. Delivery Attempts
  • Our delivery partner will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If delivery fails after the third attempt, the package will be returned to us, and a refund will be processed as per our Return & Refunds Policy.
  1. Damaged or Missing Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us immediately at info@akoya.in with your order number and a photo/vkideo of the damaged package. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
  1. International Shipping
  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to bring Akoya to the global stage soon!
  1. Holidays
  • Please note that orders may not be processed, shipped, or delivered on national holidays and during major festive seasons.
